CONFIRM YOUR ORDER
- Sign off on the Roof Report-based Estimate
- Submit 50% deposit to confirm your order
- Lock in the project color — request updated estimate if needed
- Download documents from NowMetals.com: HVHZ Approval, UL Listing, Installation Guide, Authorized Manufacture Certificate
- Verify the approval number on the sign-off matches the approval to be used
- Note: Nothing will be fabricated until the Cut List is provided

INITIATE YOUR PROJECT
- Organize and submit the permit package
- Wait for the project's NOC (Notice of Commencement)
- Coordinate Tear-off Crew & Dumpster
- Bring roof deck up to code / carpentry work (if necessary)
- Schedule Dry-In material arrival & installation
- Call for Inspection
- Request metal specialist to measure and prepare the Cut List
By this time, we should be ready and waiting for you — not the other way around.
SUBMIT YOUR CUT LIST
- Send us the Cut List — we update the Sales Order immediately
- We verify: Angles, Roof Slopes, Custom Stretch-outs, Penetrations & Roof Jack slopes
- Upon confirmation, project goes to production
- We provide a confirmed delivery date
- Pay remaining balance in full 2 days before delivery date
- No further changes to the order after Cut List confirmation
